Is this a green light to start buying the dips and hope for a rebound profit? Should I withdraw from my tax-free account to buy stocks for a rise, or is this a financial trap/distraction?

I've heard several inspirational speakers and writers saying something like: “The real lessons and experiences lie in making mistakes ( stumbling and regrouping ) and sometimes in failure when it is time to accept that what you anticipated isn't going to happen unless some form of change takes place .”  Today I realized that taking a moment to assess the inputs I have been putting towards my endeavors and evaluating against the outcomes I have been receiving, helps me manage my life, my relationships, and my career more effectively...

“Becoming a professional  1st of June 2023 I visited  KwaZulu-Natal Society For the Blind (org)   situated in Durban. The KwaZulu-Natal Blind and Deaf Society was established in 1936, their purpose is to provide services and opportunities that ultimately improve the quality of life of Blind and Partially-Sighted people. During the 1960s they extended their services to the Deaf. The Society currently reaches the poor, unemployed African people living in rural areas who do not have the finances or ability to receive services. The greatest challenge that the Society faces, is how to improve these unfortunate individuals' quality of life. The sad situation is that these almost forgotten people are not only deprived, but also disabled, which leaves them feeling very inadequate and incapable, and the sad fact is that most of them receive no external assistance.
